The bodies send signals throughout the body, but most often manifested in the back because there has the most nerve endings and is the most visible and pain. Kidney Stones & Back Pain

Kidney stones can result in constant pain in one part of the back, if it occurs with pain in the abdomen or groin, pain when urinating or blood in the urine can be a sign of kidney stones. Kidney stones are formed due to the accumulation of calcium and phosphorus, and most commonly the result of drinking too little water and too much protein intake. Also, the essential role of genetics and some people are more susceptible than others.

Inflammation occurs due to excessive enjoyment of alcohol or because of blocked flow of bile. The most commonly affects older people and those in middle age.

Gallstones & Back pain
Although not stated in the stomach, back pain along with pain in the abdomen and arms, nausea and pain with breathing symptom of gallstones or inflammation of the bile. Gallstones form when the liver produces more cholesterol or body slower processes which disturbs the relationship of bile acids and bile. This is contributed and inflammation and infection of the gallbladder, bile stasis and change in pH's.
With this issue, especially obese women over the age of 40, and plays a role genetics.

Urinary Tract Infections & Back pain
Urine infections usually caused by bacteria, and may be the result of irritation of the diaphragm, tampon or too tight clothes. It is manifested as pain when urinating, pain in the lower back and abdomen.
These most commonly affect women, and treated with antibiotics, but if it does not heal can cause inflammation of the kidneys.
